Refund policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be in the condition that you received it, undamaged, unused, with the original ticket attached. 

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Items with any damage, or alteration to the packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

ALL ORDERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ONLY ONE POST PURCHASE ACTION EXCHANGE OR RETURN. 

Items purchased using a discount code and items on sale are NOT eligible for a refund.

To start a return or exchange process, please contact us , provide your brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. If your return is accepted, we will guide you through the return shipping process. 

Refund 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days upon receiving. 

Refund & exchange delivery fees will be applied.
